Main Door:

A custom 2 1/4" solid Oak door with grade 2 Wiser lock and grip set was installed to fit existing door frame. Custom frosted glass was fitted to the main door window and matching frosted glass was ordered for left and right side glass. A custom commercial grade threshold was designed and installed for added durability.

Basement Renovation:

The interior of the basement was completely removed and remodeled. The basement consisted of a large family room, bathroom, office, guest room, stairs and hallway. The cement walls were patched and sealed to prevent water leakage. Custom doors were hand fitted to compensate for the oversized closet and sliding laundry doors. Commercial grade slides and brackets were used for trouble free maintenance. The bathroom fixtures were all upgraded to add more functionality and style.

Coach House

Installed 18 custom handmade Birch doors to meet existing architectural specifications. Added heavy duty kick plate, door sweeper, threshold, door stoppers and weather stripping.

Modern hand crafted and custom detailed bathroom. Custom marble work was used to design and construct the sink conter top, as well as basin. The same marble tile was used for the walls, tile floor in the main area and shower stall.

All carpentry work for the main house and coach house was customized by hand to bring out the beauty of 200 year old Birch wood. All lock sets were custom installed to meet architectural specifications and to meet the historical building code of Toronto.
