Rates
At Eagle Doors and Lock we are happy to answer
questions and give free phone estimates based
on the (client) description of the problem.
We try to be as accurate as we can but cannot
guarantee the accuracy of the estimate until
we visually inspect the problem and or damage. Our phone estimates are usually plus or minus 15% of the phone quotation, but could vary if details or other underlying structure or damages are not disclosed.
If you
require a detailed quote provided by an onsite
locksmith technician, we will arrange for
a fully license technician to visually inspect
and price out the repair, installation or replacement cost.
Flat Rate Lock Service
for Residential - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday
to Friday
Lock
out service with 2 hour notice -
$125.00 (Travel and labor only) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Additional charges apply for installation,
and repair. Parts and hardware are considered
extra. Re-keying
one residential lock cylinder -
$160.00 (Each additional cylinder is $55.00).
Residential, Commercial, on-site consulting or estimate –
The fee for this service will range between $150.00 to $300.00 depending on the total cost of the estimate/quotation. This amount will be charged and paid by the customer regardless if they choose to use another company for the repair or installation. If the customer enters into agreement with Eagle Doors and Lock to complete the work project, this charge will be deducted from the estimate/quotation total.
New Deadbolt Lock installation
- $220.00
Installation service/labor and grade 2 deadbolt
lock included. Each additional deadbolt installation
is $175.00 which includes grade 2 deadbolt lock.

do not include GST/PST or any specific parts
or other services that you may also require. At Eagle Doors and
Lock, we stand behind our products and workmanship
for up to 5 years (depending upon product
and supplies). We charge only for time,
labor and hardware with no administration
fee’s or extra hidden billings.
Disclaimer: At Eagle Doors and Lock we stand behind our quotation and estimates, but if any changes/additions to the nature of work or alteration of the work description is modified during the project and differs from the original estimate/quote will be billed accordingly. Please be aware that we try to assess repair and installation problems before they arise. In some instances, we are unable to see structure damage hidden within the wall or problems that exist but are not revealed until the work is in progress. If this happens, we will alert you of the problem which will be discussed and billed appropriately. |
